Nude or sexually explicit imagery of a person under age 18 may constitute Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM). CSAM can include photos, video, or other visual depictions of a minor engaged in sexually explicit conduct. CSAM is illegal. If you believe a child is in immediate danger, contact the appropriate emergency service or law-enforcement authority immediately.

Abuse reports are not limited to CSAM. They can include phishing, malware distribution, publication of stolen or sensitive data, doxxing, impersonation, financial scams, targeted stalking, harassment, spam, abuse of PrivacySafe identities, misuse of PrivacySafe Social, or other misuse of Ivy Cyber or PrivacySafe Foundation services. Abuse reports are serious and should be submitted carefully and in good faith.

PrivacySafe Foundation, Inc. is the operator and policy authority for Foundation public-interest services, including PrivacySafe Social. PrivacySafe Social is hosted in the European Union, on infrastructure in France through a hosting provider organized in Portugal. Ivy Cyber LLC is the commercial publisher and operator for Ivy Cyber products, storefront services, and commercial PrivacySafe offerings, and may also provide contracted technical, infrastructure, security, and abuse-response support to the Foundation. The organizations remain legally separate even when the same abuse mailbox and technical response process are used.

Please provide enough information for us to understand and evaluate the report, including the affected service, relevant account or address, URLs, message identifiers, timestamps, screenshots or other evidence where appropriate, and a working contact method where follow-up is necessary. Do not send passwords, private keys, recovery phrases, full payment credentials, or unnecessary copies of highly sensitive personal information. Ivy Cyber and PrivacySafe Foundation will route the report to the organization responsible for the affected service and involve technical or administrative personnel only as reasonably necessary to evaluate and respond to it.

We will respond as soon as feasible, but complex matters may require substantial investigation. Reports involving copyright, trademark, software licensing, confidentiality, stolen data, threats, law-enforcement requests, cross-server federation, or other legal questions may require additional review and can remain open for 90 days or longer. For federated content on PrivacySafe Social, the Foundation can control its own server and moderation actions but cannot guarantee removal of copies already delivered to independent Mastodon or ActivityPub servers, recipients, archives, scrapers, screenshots, or caches.
