PrivacySafe Enterprise is not a one-size-fits-all hosting package.
During your consultation, we will review how your organization operates, what you need to protect, how you want PrivacySafe deployed, and what level of infrastructure and support makes sense.
The goal of the session is to understand your environment well enough to prepare a practical deployment plan rather than sell you a generic bundle.
Topics may include:
- Your domain and identity structure: How PrivacySafe identities should work under your organization’s domain
- Infrastructure: Existing servers, cloud infrastructure, networks, endpoints, and administrative requirements
- Threat model: The people, systems, information, and risks your deployment needs to account for
- Compliance requirements: Industry, contractual, regulatory, or internal requirements that may affect deployment
- Hosting model: Whether your organization should self-host PrivacySafe or use infrastructure hosted and supported by Ivy Cyber
- Storage and capacity: Expected number of users, storage requirements, and anticipated growth
- Deployment and support: Rollout, configuration, documentation, training, and ongoing support requirements

PrivacySafe Enterprise brings the same PrivacySafe application ecosystem and zero-knowledge architecture used by our individual plans to an environment built around your organization.
Your deployment can include:

- PrivacySafe Contacts: A private address book for identities and contacts

PrivacySafe is built using Free/Libre and Open Source Software, so organizations are not dependent on proprietary software that cannot be inspected or independently deployed.

👥 Who You’ll Meet With
Enterprise consultations are led by members of the Ivy Cyber team according to the needs of the engagement.
Where appropriate, sessions may include Sean O’Brien, Ivy Cyber founder and cybersecurity researcher at Yale Law School, and John Kiriakou, former CIA counterterrorism officer and Security Advisor to Ivy Cyber.
Sean’s work focuses on cybersecurity, privacy, surveillance, mobile security, and Free/Libre and Open Source Software. John brings extensive experience in intelligence operations, threat awareness, surveillance, and operational security.
If your organization has particular regulatory, healthcare privacy, compliance, or threat-model concerns, please describe them in your order notes so we can prepare for the consultation.
📅 Scheduling Your Consultation
After completing your purchase, our team will follow up by email to schedule the consultation at a time that works for you.
Sessions can take place in a secure, encrypted PrivacySafe Live video room. We can also accommodate other communication platforms, including Zoom, when requested or more practical for the client.
⚠️ Consultation Boundaries & Expectations
The Enterprise consultation is a private professional scoping session intended to evaluate a potential PrivacySafe deployment.
No Sales Pitches
The consultation is not a venue for marketing unrelated products or services to Ivy Cyber. Promotional or solicitation activity may result in the session being ended.
No Recruitment
Recruitment attempts involving Ivy Cyber staff, contractors, partners, or collaborators are not permitted during the consultation.
Protect Your Sensitive Information
We do not need your organization’s trade secrets or unrelated confidential information to scope a PrivacySafe deployment. Please disclose only information reasonably necessary for the engagement.
No Recording or Publication
Unless Ivy Cyber agrees otherwise in writing, the consultation may not be recorded, reproduced, publicly attributed, distributed, or published.
Private Professional Session
The consultation is intended for your organization’s internal planning and evaluation. It is not a press interview, background briefing, or source of attributable statements for publication.
Reservation of Rights
Ivy Cyber reserves the right to end a consultation if the session is being used for purposes materially different from the Enterprise deployment engagement that was booked.
