No Pitches
This session is not a venue for sales attempts or promotional outreach. Any effort to market products or services will end the session.

No Recruitment
Recruitment attempts of any kind are not permitted. This includes efforts to hire, solicit employment, request introductions for employment, or probe for intelligence about staff or partners. Any such attempt will end the session immediately.

No Trade Secrets or Sensitive Competitive Information
We do not request or require confidential proprietary details from you. Please do not disclose information that your organization considers secret or sensitive. We will not accept liability for information you choose to reveal.

No Recording or Publication
Recording, reproducing, distributing, or posting any part of the session in any form is not permitted. This includes audio, video, transcripts, screenshots, or any material intended for public release.

Off the Record Agreement
These conversations are private and provided solely for strategic guidance. We will maintain discretion regarding the subjects discussed. You agree to the same standard of privacy and acknowledge that any attempt to misrepresent or publicly attribute statements to our team without written permission is a violation of this agreement.

No Corporate Espionage or Journalism
Any attempt to gather intelligence about our clients, partners, staff, or internal methods is not permitted. This includes efforts linked to news gathering, undercover reporting, industry research intended for publication, or attempts to obtain information for a competitor. These sessions are private and not a source for quotes, attribution, or background material. Any such attempt will end the session and may result in further action.

Reservation of Rights
We reserve the right to end any session that violates these terms. We may take corrective action if any misuse, misrepresentation, or unauthorized disclosure occurs, including steps that protect our professional, legal, or reputational interests.
